Reference is made to the above matter.


Without prejudice to our rights and remedies under the duly executed Tenancy Agreement dated {Duration of Tenancy Years From:30}. Kindly be informed that the Management has agreed to terminate the above mentioned Tenancy Agreement with one (1) month notice effective from 14/06/2026.

Hence, kindly be advised to observe the following conditions:-

  1. You have to re-deliver the vacant possession of the Demised Premises to us in good conditions on or before {redelivery_date}.

    Please be reminded that you shall remain liable for double rent and other charges payable to us under the terms of above Tenancy Agreement effective from {double_rent_start_date} until the date of re-delivery of the Demised Premises to us.
  2. You are required to make good the Demised Premises to the Landlord's satisfaction, failing which the Landlord shall be liberty to carry out such restoration and make good works and the costs and expenses thereof shall be borne by you and payable to the Landlord forthwith upon demand.
  3. You are to settle all outstanding amounts including rental, service charge, utilities and all other related charges up to the full settlement before handover of the premises.
