Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: Request for Booking Fee Payment to Secure Retail Lot - Viva Home Shopping Mall, Jalan Loke Yew, 55200 Kuala Lumpur. Lot No. 1-49 & 1-20 at Level Ground Floor
|
|
|
We are pleased to inform you that the retail lot in Viva Shopping Mall,Jalan Loke Yew (1-49 & 1-20) has been tentatively reserved for your tenancy. To secure this lot, we kindly request the payment of a booking fee of RM 2,100.
|
|
Please note the following terms regarding the booking fee:
|
|
The booking fee of RM 2,100 is to be paid within two (2) days from the date of this letter.
|
|
This booking fee will be held for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to secure the lot.
|
|
During this period, you are required to submit all relevant documents such as, SSM certification on registered company details, Director and Guarantor details (email address and contact number) within fourteen (14) days from the date the booking fee is received.
|
|
Should you fail to provide all necessary documents within this timeframe, the booking fee shall be forfeited without any further notice, and the lot will be made available for other interested parties.
|
|
